Web Usability
The title of one of unquestionable bible of web usability is Steve Krug's 'Don't make me think'. When people approach a web page, this has to be self-explanatory.
The user should be able to get it without thinking about it. No question marks in his head.
That's one of the most important principle of web usability. A good looking, amazing, innovative design is not enough.
A Web Apart develops User-centered designs, which have the goals to keep glued the visitors to a web sites, and calling them to the main action (a sell, a registration, a quote request or whatever it is).
Even though a company already owns a website, a third party website usability review will allow them to provide a better end-product to their customers, and that's because a company marketing team is too close to the design already built to provide constructive criticism.
There are new technologies which, used in the correct way, can make websites more user-friendly and improve their capability to generate revenue.
