Lov Optotecnica s.r.l. started business just after the second world war with its own workshop producing opthalmic lenses for opticians. Late, in the 60s and 70s the company specialized in mass production and became a major supplier to large Italian and German companies. Nowadays, thanks to the use of high-tech production lines for plastic and mineral lenses, LOV produces a huge range of lenses every day in its Cellore plant, both to supply other opthalmic firms, and to supply plastic and glass prescription lenses to its own shops
